    • You will not have administrative support and will be responsible for your own client servicing needs to minimize miscommunication with clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Wealth Advisor who is passionate about comprehensive planning, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and eager to grow a manageable and high-quality book of business. This role offers a long-term career track with significant earning potential, direct client engagement, and the ability to help shape firm direction as we scale.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for a target client base of 60-80 Client Households

  • Deliver high-level, comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance

  • Meet with prospective clients and convert new relationships into long-term engagements

  • Manage and grow a personal book of business within the Valentine Wealth Management framework

  • Contribute to firm development, process improvements, and long-term strategic initiatives

  • Maintain strict regulatory compliance and uphold fiduciary standards

 

Required Qualifications

  • CFP® designation required

  • 2–5 years of financial planning or wealth management experience

  • Deep understanding of tax planning strategies

  • Deep understanding of small business practices, bookkeeping, and tax planning preferred

  • Proven ability to deepen client relationships and deliver comprehensive planning

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Desire to grow a personal book of business within a collaborative and value-oriented firm

  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, trading, and core advisory tools
