You will not have administrative support and will be responsible for your own client servicing needs to minimize miscommunication with clients.

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Wealth Advisor who is passionate about comprehensive planning, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and eager to grow a manageable and high-quality book of business. This role offers a long-term career track with significant earning potential, direct client engagement, and the ability to help shape firm direction as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for a target client base of 60-80 Client Households
Deliver high-level, comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance
Meet with prospective clients and convert new relationships into long-term engagements
Manage and grow a personal book of business within the Valentine Wealth Management framework
Contribute to firm development, process improvements, and long-term strategic initiatives
Maintain strict regulatory compliance and uphold fiduciary standards
Required Qualifications
CFP® designation required
2–5 years of financial planning or wealth management experience
Deep understanding of tax planning strategies
Deep understanding of small business practices, bookkeeping, and tax planning preferred
Proven ability to deepen client relationships and deliver comprehensive planning
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Desire to grow a personal book of business within a collaborative and value-oriented firm
Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, trading, and core advisory tools
